It's really cheap, near all the tourists attractions, but still quiet and peacefull.
It was cheap, the room was big but dated but for 350 baht a night I would expect little more - the location was great, less than 10 minute walk to khaosan road
Only that the furniture was dated but that did not affect my stay
I chosen this hotel as it was not far away from Grand palace etc. However, no one seems to know the name of hotel and I had hard time reaching the hotel. As staff does not know much english, it was difficult communicating with them and getting any help. Breakfast was included but very poor. Hotel even does not have any map of the city (except a map hung on the wall).
At least, our room were kept for us when we arrived at 1am.
Old building, old furnitures and sheets, just clean enough, the staff speak barely English. Don t even think to ask tips to go around the city or the country. You may want to spend some extra baht to get better quality.
it was cheap....
they advertise "with breakfast" but they only serve coffe/tea and bread with butter in a corridor that smelled like pee....
Free toast in the morning
It was grimy and grubby! The furniture was worn and old. The air con could only be turned on or off and was freezing when on so we didn't get a good nights sleep. The location is ok.
1.It's cheap 2. It's nea the Kao San road (but you can drive to the hotel) and Royal Palace. You can find a taxi or tuk-tuk near the hotel. 3. Wi-Fi is working 4. Everithing is old but working, iar-conditioning is old, without any adjustments- but works, water heater - works.
1. Everything is dated. Towels and so on- like 3 other hotels used them before. Clean, but strange-looking. 2. Room is maximum 16 sq.meters instead of 21 and this includes toilet/shower. 3. Room is too dark 4. Safe box is in the reception and key has manager It's very dtrange hotel. Yes, we've seen that in this area a lot of hotels looks like Suksawad but it's too dirty, including reception area. Theoretically you can find the room for about the same money in this district, but not all are avaliable on Booked.net. But if you have no/a few luggage and need good location and not sensible to comfort (or stays for only 1-2 days) - it's a working variant.
Excellent value for money, i.e. we paid 10 euro per night. Walking distance to busy centre, hotel's location is super quiet.
The atmosphere in the hotel is influenced by the quite many single men that stay here and invite Thai girls over. Also the hotel staff entered our room when we were not there, with a strange excuse: 'some tv channels were not working and they wanted to check'. This could be true, however this gave an awkward feeling as we walked in on them (key was not at reception and receptionist quickly called to our room to inform? colleague ) returning from dinner. All our belongings were still in place, but all in all this felt strange and we decided to move on.
Dirty and bad smells everywhere, a lot of noise due to customers but also staff, clim on max or nothing, lot of flies and spiders in the room and bathroom, ridiculous breakfast
For this price it's really ok. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No problems at all. Great for all backpackers, hotel near to the old part of the town.
Bathrooms, a bit ucomfortable.
The hotel looks very rundown the room was not in a long time no elevetor the staff spok little english and no good for directions
It was cheap and quiet...my valuables were all safe being kept in the room. The front desk is open 24 hours and whilst the staff are not overly friendly they are amicable. It is in close proximity to Khao San Road - although not close enough that the noise levels bother you.
Outside it was very dirty and dingy...the atmosphere was sometimes depressing due to the sombre staff. Room service was non-existent.
Very cheap and quiet, close enough to everything. Large room, clean.
Price \quality - excellent
I like it very much although it was my first visit to bangkok .staff was friendly.nice locatillocation and enjoyed a lot
There is no one to understand or speak english
